MarJor is a family business — a husband-and-wife team with 20+ years in hospitality and four years owning and managing our own short-term rentals here in South Florida. Maria brings two decades of luxury service, honed in high-end yachting and estate management, where five-star standards and meticulous attention to detail are simply the baseline. Jorge brings a strategic, client-first mind from a long career in sales and account management — anticipating needs and building tailored plans that help every property reach its full potential. We started by managing our own investments, and learned that owners deserve more than the big management companies offer.
